We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns made after this window will be rejected.

Our return policy applies when the wrong item is delivered, or broken/defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note you will be required to provide a picture/video of the received item to prove it is defective/broken to qualify for the exchange/refund.

To initiate a return, email us at support@pletinum.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item to.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
